Once they've been defeated, head across the room and up the next ladder to another console. There is medi-gel and a hackable PDA worth 5,000 credits grab them and head up the ladder into an area with multiple terminals. Drop down and take cover from immediate Cerberus fire, then pick off enemies until the area is clear. EDI hacks the door, revealing a ladder on the other side. Jump the wall in front of the blast area, grab the M-37 Falcon and head through the doors on the left side of the hole. Access the PDA for 5,000 credits and advance toward the hole EDI blasted through the wall. There is a medical station in this area to access before heading through the next door and down the ladder to the lower floor again. Fight through them and head to the other side of the balcony to access the rotation controls, which will launch the ship in the hangar into the facility, providing an opening for Shepard and their squad to infiltrate the base.

To get to the balcony level, climb the ladder on the left side of the hangar bay and pass through the doors to the control room. After this, there is just under a minute and a half to find the control panel on the upper level so EDI can override the command. When Cerberus is sufficiently thinned out, EDI will announce that they are planning to vent the hangar bay. A cloaked Infiltrator Shepard can rush toward the pilot and take him out, or the pilot can be shot from a distance. It's possible to take out the ATLAS Mech pilot before they get inside the body, then use the power mech to more easily deal with enemy waves. Enemies infiltrate from the front right and the balconies above, so take cover and begin taking them out.
